Is coaching right for you?

 

You are a great fit for coaching if you:

  • Already identify some areas of your life that you want to change.

  • Have recently gone through a life event that you didn’t foresee.

  • Are willing to do some work to live your best life.

  • Believe you are worthy of having a happy and successful life.

You are not a great fit for coaching if you:

  • Know you aren’t happy but don’t want to change anything to get happy.

  • Would rather think about your problems rather than take inspired action to find solutions.

  • Want a quick, band-aid, solution instead of doing the work to heal the problems.

  • Love everything about your life at this moment.

  • Love yourself completely, wholly, and unconditionally.
