EFT Tapping Foundations

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, works by combining two powerful elements.

The stimulation of acupressure points in the body
and conscious awareness of emotional states.

When we tap these points while acknowledging what we feel, the nervous system begins to downshift.

We're essentially telling the body:

'I am safe enough to feel this.'

And that safety allows the system to reset.
