Val White is a storyteller, experience designer, and teacher of intentional living whose work sits at the intersection of nervous system wellness, aesthetic living, personal development, and spirituality.
Val White carries not only a profound creative legacy but a distinguished ancestral heritage. As the 21st great-grandchild of King Robert III of Scotland, his lineage traces directly to the medieval throne — linking him as a distant cousin to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom. This noble thread of regal tradition and leadership weaves through Val's life and work, blending history's majesty with modern-day creativity and purpose.
Born in Naples, Florida, and raised on the idyllic Isles of Capri — a serene island community off Florida's Gulf Coast — Val's early years were steeped in natural beauty and quiet inspiration. Later, his family settled in the rural town of LaBelle, where his innate artistic talents flourished, laying the foundation for a life devoted to creativity, expression, and human connection.
His potential was evident from a young age when Disney offered him a prestigious scholarship to pursue animation. His heart, however, led him to the performing arts — where his gifts as an actor and singer-songwriter took center stage. From intimate performances to commanding the legendary stage of the Whisky a Go Go on Sunset Boulevard, his recorded works — ranging from praise and worship to musical theatre — demonstrate both his range and his deep emotional resonance.

Born in Naples and raised on the Isles of Capri — a quiet island community off Florida's southwest coast — Val's early years were defined by natural beauty, water, and a particular kind of unhurried attention to the world. Later, his family settled in LaBelle, a rural town in Southwest Florida, where his artistic instincts deepened quietly and inevitably.
Disney offered Val a prestigious animation scholarship — a remarkable recognition of his visual talent. He turned it down. The performing arts called louder. As an actor and singer-songwriter, he moved between worlds: praise and worship recordings, musical theatre, and live performance — each one a different chamber of the same heart.
Over twelve transformative years in Los Angeles, Val trained at the renowned Playhouse West acting school, performed on the legendary stage of the Whisky a Go Go on Sunset Boulevard, and served as a director at the Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts in Beverly Hills — nurturing young talent and stepping into his identity as a teacher. It was here, too, that he met Adam Podsednik: partner, collaborator, and the person who would become the cornerstone of everything that followed.
Val's visionary work as a designer has brought life to exquisite residential spaces, stunning set designs for theatrical productions, upscale retail visuals, and high-profile event environments. Each creation reflects his impeccable taste, innovative spirit, and commitment to the idea that beauty is not decoration — it is function. It is nervous system regulation. It is how we tell ourselves who we are.
Together with Adam, Val co-founded Val White Inc. — a distinguished enterprise devoted to spiritual coaching, live events, and transformative digital programs. As the creator of At Home with Val, he now teaches intentional living through five pillars: nervous system regulation, aesthetic living and design, storytelling and meaning, personal standards and discipline, and spirituality and self-development. He is also the proud father of Riley — a relationship he holds with the same grace and goodwill that defines everything he creates.
