Most people think freedom comes from having no structure.
But for the nervous system, the opposite is true.
Structure creates safety.
When your time, energy, and environment have shape…
your system can relax.
Practice
Create:
• 1 protected block of time daily (it can be 10 minutes in the morning or evening to just sit in silence)
• 1 “no obligation” window per week
• 1 intentional ritual (walk, tea, silence)
