Lesson 5
Sustainable Productivity Rhythms
You don’t need to push harder.
You need to work in a way your nervous system can sustain.
Most people operate in extremes:
• all in → burnout
• shut down → avoidance
Regulated productivity looks different.
It’s rhythmic.
It allows for:
• effort
• rest
• recovery
• return”
As we said it the intro video for this module, we are accessing our power of creativity by means of play.
Now that you’ve practiced incorporating play into your day…let’s put that into practical use by intentionally creating our days.
Practice: The Rhythm Reset
Create:
• 60–90 minute focused work block
• 10–15 minute reset (walk, breath, no input)
Repeat 1–2 times per day
Assessing my ‘Sustainable Rhythm’:
• When do I feel most focused?
• When do I need rest?
• What rhythm feels supportive (not forced)?
“Creative Re-Entry” Meditation (5–7 min)
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice your breath.
You don’t need to force anything.
Creativity is not something you chase.
It’s something that returns when you feel safe.
Let yourself soften.
Let yourself open… just a little.
That’s enough.
Use the following YouTube Video to implement the ‘Creative Re-Entry’ Meditation. It is a Sacral Chakra Cleansing Sound Bath. The Sacral Chakra is associated with your center of creativity and creation itself. This video is recorded with the 288Hz frequency. It is over 3 hours in length. Start with 5-7 minutes and work your way up as desired!
