Lesson 4

Rest as Structure

Rest is where regulation is restored.

Not occasionally.

Consistently.

But most people only rest when they collapse.

This week, you change that.

Begin to notice:

  • When do I naturally feel lower energy?

  • Where do I push past my limits?

  • What kind of rest actually restores me?

Then begin to build:

  • Small, daily pauses

  • One intentional period of deeper rest each week

  • Permission to stop before exhaustion

Rest is no longer something you earn.

It becomes something you honor.

In your daily planner (we suggest at the same times you schedule your ‘check-in’ alarms) block off a 5-10 minute pause. This will give you time to check-in and to also have a small rest break throughout your day.
