Stories are as vital to the human experience as relationships, communities, and a sense of purpose and belonging. It is from the stories, that we have come to depend on, we draw comfort in times of distress, knowledge in times of seeking, and entertainment in the times we need joy.

Long before the written language, our histories, beliefs, and traditions were passed down in the form of stories by our ancestors. We are captivated by stories because we innately know the power that they hold; the power to connect us, to heal us, and to empower us toward our goals and aspirations.

Indeed, your most powerful tool in your endeavour to influence the world around you for the better, is your own transformational story - a story which connects you with others, inspires, and offers hope for those who need it.

During this weekend, we will draw from our own stories, along with the stories and traditions of our ancestors, to share with you the principles and impact of telling your own story.
