The third eye chakra, also sometimes called the witch’s eye, brow chakra, pineal chakra, or AJNA in Sanskrit, is the energetic seat of psychic ability and intuition.
∆ When the third eye chakra is balanced and open you are more likely to trust your intuition, feel a heightened sense of purpose, and feel comfortable using your intuition to help aid you in making life decisions. If the third eye chakra is blocked you may feel “lost”, as if you don’t have a life’s purpose, and find it difficult to trust your intuition.
∆ The third eye chakra is associated with the pituitary gland and pineal gland, neurological system, eyes, ears, and nose. When the third eye chakra is blocked you may experience the following physical conditions: migraines, sinus issues, blurred vision, eye strain, cataracts , glaucoma, hallucinations, insomnia, immune system deficiencies, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, or compromised adrenal function to name a few.
For the sake of this 3 part energetic workshop experience, we will be approaching the activation in the following distinct steps:
First: A basic understanding of the complete 7 main chakra energy centres with an emphasis on the third eye chakra. (This will be in the form of a reading/journaling study which you’ll have access to once the workshop begins one day before the attunement rite.)
Second: A solo practice with guided meditation to energetically prepare you for the activation ritual. (The mediation will be provided with the reading study and you can practice the meditation as soon as you’ve completed the writing exercise, and can be practiced as many times as desired before the activation rite.)
Third: The Activation Rite which will be led by Val White & Adam Podsednik. This will be an energetic session and so to partake of the energetic attunement you will need to be available at the date and time of the activation in a quiet and undisturbed place. The ritual will take place on ZOOM but you don’t have to worry about being on camera if this makes you uncomfortable, as you can turn your camera off and lie down for the energetic activation session. The activation session will be followed by a Q&A.

∆ An energetic session in which Val & Adam will balance and align your chakra energy and activate your third eye chakra, followed by a Q&A session.
