The 5-Minute Daily Reset Ritual

You don't need an hour of practice every day.

You need consistency.

Five minutes done daily will change your nervous system more than occasional long sessions.

Daily Reset Sequence

1 minute — breath regulation (choosing from extended exhale, box, or alternate nostril breathing)
2 minutes — EFT tapping
1 minute — grounding
1 minute — intention setting

My Regulation Ritual

It is extremely beneficial to schedule a ‘ritual’ of practicing Nervous System Regulation.

By literally writing this into your daily planner you will send a signal to your brain and body that this is important work that must be accomplished.

Decide on the following and implement them into your daily tasks.

• When you will practice (It can be beneficial to practice at the same time each day.)
• Which tools you’ll use
• How you want to feel after (Intention setting)
