Notifications.
Messages.
Scrolling.
Information overload.

Even if it feels normal…

…it’s not neutral.

It keeps your system in a low-grade state of activation.


Exercise:

Digital Reset

Choose and commit to one of the following:

• No phone first 30 minutes of the day
• No scrolling before bed
• Turn off non-essential notifications
• 1 hour of intentional offline time daily

Let your attention come back to your body.

Notice your breath.

Notice the space around you.

You don’t need to take anything in right now.

You are allowed to be here… without input.

Notice what comes up for you in that five minute span of time.
