Lesson 3
Sustainable Visibility (If This Applies to You, and it Does!)
For many of you, being seen is part of your life or work. (Even if you don’t have a very outward facing job the pressure of ‘being seen’ in certain family dynamics, social circles, or even involvement in your children’s educational environment and extracurricular activities is enough visibility to sometimes trigger nervous system dysregulation.)
And for most, it has been tied to pressure.
Show up more.
Be consistent.
Push through.
Stay visible no matter what.
But your nervous system experiences forced visibility as threat.
So we change the model.
Ask yourself (and write it down):
What pace of visibility actually feels sustainable for me?
What energy do I want to be in when I show up?
How do I know when it’s time to step back?
You are not building visibility through force.
You are building it through trust.
